The Bridge Builders Program recognizes the challenges faced by public high school students, even with free tuition. We bridge the gap by offering financial assistance, mentorship, and holistic support programs to empower students to excel academically and personally.
- Needs-Based Sponsorship: BBP awards assistance to public high school students facing financial hardship. This assistance covers expenses like school supplies, uniforms, transportation, extracurricular activity fees, and exam costs.
- Book and Resource Sponsorship: Knowing textbooks can be a significant financial burden, BBF provides scholarships specifically for purchasing required textbooks and educational resources.
- Mentorship Program: BBP pairs students with experienced mentors from various professions. Mentors offer guidance, support, and career advice, and help students navigate personal challenges.
- Leadership Development Program: This program provides students with workshops, seminars, and opportunities to develop leadership skills. Students can participate in mock interviews, public speaking workshops, and team-building activities.
- College and Career Readiness Program: BBP helps students prepare for their future through workshops and guidance on college applications, financial aid navigation, scholarship opportunities, and career exploration.
Services:
- Academic Support: BBP offers after-school tutoring programs and academic coaching to help students improve their grades and grasp challenging subjects.
- Life Skills Workshops: BBP recognizes the importance of well-rounded individuals. We offer workshops on topics like time management, study skills, financial literacy, healthy living, and stress management.
- College Application Assistance: BBP provides guidance on completing college applications, writing personal statements, and preparing for scholarship interviews.
