An ER and maritime-health nurse-leader with 16+ years’ experience, she heads PEME operations at Maritime Health Group and leads Live, Life & Travel Inc. At EFGF’s start-up phase, she personally handled the foundation’s first cohort of scholars—building the selection, mentoring, and monitoring systems that now guide donor stewardship and compliance. As Treasurer, she brings disciplined budgeting, transparent reporting, and a pay-it-forward ethic to expand quality education access for youth from underserved communities.

Mr. Faderogao is a dedicated advocate for education, disability inclusion, and community empowerment. As the Executive Director of the Erlinda Faderogao Gillespie Foundation (EFGF), he leads programs that provide scholarships, mentorship, and holistic support to underserved students, especially in Romblon province. He also serves as the Program Development Officer for the DSWD Tara Basa Program, where he collaborates with government agencies and stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that uplift vulnerable communities.
In addition, Cenin works as a lecturer for the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), facilitating values reorientation and personal development sessions for beneficiaries to help them build resilience and improve their livelihood opportunities.
With over 15 years of diverse professional experience, Cenin has developed strong expertise in program coordination, advocacy, and organizational leadership. He has worked extensively with the Autism Society Philippines and represents the organization in the National Council on Disability Affairs and the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability. His lifelong dedication to inclusive development, capacity building, and social welfare makes him a driving force behind EFGF’s mission to create lasting, positive change.
