Mr. Faderogao is a dedicated advocate for education, disability inclusion, and community empowerment. As the Executive Director of the Erlinda Faderogao Gillespie Foundation (EFGF), he leads programs that provide scholarships, mentorship, and holistic support to underserved students, especially in Romblon province. He also serves as the Program Development Officer for the DSWD Tara Basa Program, where he collaborates with government agencies and stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that uplift vulnerable communities.
In addition, Cenin works as a lecturer for the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), facilitating values reorientation and personal development sessions for beneficiaries to help them build resilience and improve their livelihood opportunities.
With over 15 years of diverse professional experience, Cenin has developed strong expertise in program coordination, advocacy, and organizational leadership. He has worked extensively with the Autism Society Philippines and represents the organization in the National Council on Disability Affairs and the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability.
